Purchase in cash:

  • Firstly, in the case of presence of the customer himself : we need a proof of the contractor’s identity (a recent national ID card – a recent passport), all the assets will be perused and copies will be taken.
  • Secondly, in the absence of the customer, this requires a copy of the identity document of the customer and the person entrusted with the purchase process
  • A power of attorney for purchasing and signing contracts (original + copy) for the entrusted person with completing the purchase process.

Purchase in installments:

  • The same documents in case of cash purchase
  • Checkbook with the number of installments in the name of the unit owner.

Time spent for completing the process:

  • After the customer signs the contract, it can be received
  • Within a week at most after signing the first party
  • The customer shall have a copy of the signed contract and receipt of the contract provider’s payment.
  • All payment receipts or clearances from the financial department to pay all installments and any other financial obligations.
  • The presence of the contract owner in person or another person in accordance with the original power of attorney not exceeding the year in which the signature and receipt of the contracts are mentioned for his client provided that the contract owner is alive.
  • The original primary contract.
  • The original identification document for the owner of the contract.
  • Original proof of identity for the entrusted person and a copy of proof of identity for the owner of the contract.
  • The assets are for reference only.

Time spent

  • Customer Service Department is informed 48 hours before attendance.
  • After the client signs the contract, it is received within a week at most after the first party has signed.

The owner of the unit himself or his representative in accordance of a power of attorney stating his eligibility to receive the meter and the power of attorney for the unit.

The time taken to receive the power of attorney and counter:

  • It is conditional on having the counter to mention the counter number in the power of attorney.
  • The power of attorney usually takes 10 days, according to the investor conditions.

The owner of the unit himself or his representative in accordance of a power of attorney stating his eligibility to receive the meter and the power of attorney for the unit.

The time taken to receive the power of attorney and counter:

  • It is conditional on having the counter to mention the counter number in the power of attorney.
  • The power of attorney usually takes 10 days, according to the investor conditions.
  • The original contract of the unit, whether primary or final.
  • The customer’s signature of the waiver endorsement of the unit and the contract.
  • Contract endorsement by a ratification of assignment of the unit from the assignor.
  • Original and copy of proof of identity for both the assignor and the assignee.
  • In the event that the unit owner dies, the heirs will be brought.
  • Personal ID proof of all heirs and attendance during the assignment.

Time spent

  • Customer service is notified 48 hours before attendance.
  • Receiving the new contract for the assignee within a week for signing the first party if he wasn’t present at the time of the assignment.

This procedure is taken in the event that the client claims a signature validation lawsuit on the primary contract and he has no right to issue a final contract, because the primary contract has a clause that includes delivery of the unit.

Or if the customer wants to exploit the unit:

  • This is done by sending a copy of the primary contract from the customer to the customer service department by e-mail or WhatsApp to prepare the record for the customer 48 hours before attendance.
  • Proof of personal identity for the customer himself or power of attorney from the unit owner that clearly states the entitlement of the client to receive and sign the record.
  • Preparing bank checks in the name of the unit owner with the remaining owed  installments if there are any installments or other remaining sums for the unit, also the client must attend and bring the original contract.

Time spent:

Receipt record (Delivery record) is received no later than a week after the first party’ signing.

  • The customer must have paid all installments and any sums due on the unit.
  • This procedure is taken in the event that the customer does not receive the final contract, this is because the final contract contains a clause that includes final clearance.
  • This is done by sending a copy of the primary contract from the customer to the customer service department via e-mail or WhatsApp to prepare clearance for the customer 48 hours before attendance.
  • Proof of personal identity for the customer himself or power of attorney from the unit owner that clearly states the entitlement of the client to receive and sign the record.
  • Origin of the primary contract for the unit.

Time spent:

The final clearance is received no later than a week after the first party’ signature.
